Both villas overlook the 12 acre Orange Tree park which has tennis and basketball courts and a children’s playground, which are all free of charge. The area is also surrounded by a number of golf courses.

The gates to the Disney Parks are a 10-15 minutes drive away and Sea World, Discovery Cove and all the other Orlando attractions are less than half an hour away.

The coast is not too far. It’s about 45 minutes to the Kennedy Space Centre and Tampa, to the south, is under an hour.

Supermarkets and Takeaways are 2-5 minutes drive and there are a number of restaurants about 10-15 minutes away. We keep a folder in our house and update attractions/activities information as often as possible and we encourage our guests to share information about the places they have been to and enjoyed.
