Welcome to our executive 4 bedroom villa.  If you click on the photo you will immediately see what a truly beautiful, spacious and immaculately furnished home it is.  It is fully air-conditioned with splendid views over the large Orange Tree Park. Our home has been adapted for easy wheelchair access and has had most doors widened with level access at the front, back and through the garage.

There are 2 living rooms, one is a grown-up's tranquil haven overlooking the pool and the other is a large family room with cable TV (about 60 channels), CD player and radio, VCR/DVD player plus a Playstation 2 and lots of comfy, bright seating areas. We also keep a small selection of books and board games for guests to use.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and all utensils and cutlery. You can eat in the informal nook area which overlooks the pool or in the beautiful formal dining room.

The laundry is complete with washer/dryer and an iron/ironing board, just in case you need them! All towels and sheets are provided.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV/VCR with a walk in closet, hairdryer, direct access to the pool and an en-suite with an enormous level-access shower that has an extended hose for easy showering. There are 2 basins, one of which has access for a wheelchair.

The second master bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, TV and can be separated from the main living area with a pocket door, allowing private access to the bathroom and direct access to the pool.

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are both twin rooms, with one having a PC with internet access and they share the third bathroom with a bath/shower/WC.

Our home has a lovely L-shaped patio, luxury patio furniture, its own beautiful private pool and a hot tub/spa to soak away any lingering aches and pains. The pool can be heated if required. There is also a safety screen which completely surrounds the pool to keep away any curious little people if adults are not around. There is a hand rail by the side of the steps which allows easier access to the pool for the elderly or disabled. The pool area is fully screened to keep out the insects but to let in the sunshine!
